At first these diapers were leaking pee like crazy, thankfully never leaking poo. I thought this was due to a design flaw in that the fleece material around the legs was getting wet and soaking into the onesies. But after adjusting the leg size numerous times, switching to a recommended detergent, and changing baby more frequently, we rarely experience leaks. We use disposable diapers when traveling and we actually experience more leaks, esp. poo, with those than we do with the Fuzzibunz.
As far as the process of washing, changing, and storing wet diapers goes, this is actually really easy. We wash our Fuzzibunz at night and hang dry them; they are dry by morning. We use a diaper sprayer to spray solids in the toilet and drop them in a homemade waterproof drawstring wet bag next to the toilet.
