After submitting the order, got a response with an expected delivery date. The date came and went. Sent a note to the supplier (via Amazon). They responded saying our model was out of stock and would we accept the next, slightly more expensive model for the same price. We agreed and it was delivered when promised.
My 91 year-old father-in-law found the back support to be overstuffed. We removed some of the ticking (easy to do by unzipping the rear and reaching into the cushion.). He's using the chair now, but I can't say he's too enthused about it.
