We received the lift 3 days late from what ws said, but we live in a place where they only deliver once a week. I had my son put it together. We needed to turn the one arm over to get less than 16''. We bolted to the hitch looking at the picture. The lift didn't titan up, so we put the spacer and bolt on the other side. He didn't have time to do the electrical so we took it to the local grage and it took them a half hour. Every thing works good a my wife can operate it with ease.
