ST Flat Bench - Silver Review

This is a super heavy duty bench. I've loaded it with 800 plus pounds (bodyweight plus bar weight) and it did not wiggle or creak at all. It was completely unfazed. It's everything you can ask out of a flat bench. Only (possible) negative is its 19" height which may be a little high for shorter folks. For me it's an issue if barefoot but with shoes on it fits me great at 5'8".
