I just recieved this product from amazon. Having borrowed a Homedics back massager from a friend, I decided to order my own. The only problem with this one is, it is not what is pictured or described. I got the correct #mcs-325h which is now a Back and Shoulder Massage coushion w/heat, the other that is pictured and described, is apparently dicontinued. This one does not give you a full back massage, it does not even attempt to go into your upper back,(I am 5'2") which is what I bought it for, as I have thoracic pain. I am very dissapointed. I will be returning this product.
