I purchased one of these devices for myself many moons ago directly from Ladybug and I'm thrilled I did. I have since bought more for my adult kids. Their service is outstanding and every year I get an email from them reminding me that my unit is up for calibration...just in case I choose to ignore the little wrench on the readout that reminds as well.
