Product Description

Overview:The All-Natural SootheAway System works by circulating water through a therapeutic relief pad, which has been engineered to target your specific pain area (pads sold separately). After you have selected the temperature level that provides the best relief for your pain, swelling or discomfort, the pad slightly inflates, creating a combination of compression and temperature that has proven to be effective for pain relief, relaxation and healing. The pad stays on for as long as you need, the temperature stays constant and your hands remain free the entire time. Why Heating & Cooling Therapy:Most patients know, and research studies have confirmed, that heating and cooling therapy helps provide relief from migraine or tension headache pain, and most of all THERE ARE NO ADVERSE SIDE EFFECTS. Heating works because it relaxes the muscles that are tight or in spasm and are pinching the nerves. Cooling works because it shrinks the head's blood vessels (which open more widely during a migraine episode), and reduces pressure on the nerves.Benefits over existing treatments:Ice and Ice Packs: are messy when they melt and drip, don't hold a constant temperature and begin to warm after a few minutes, have to be held in place, do not target a specific area of pain, can be too cold and cause damage to the skin, aren't always ready when you need them, require you to get up frequently to refill, recharge, or exchange for another pack, take up room in your freezer.Microwavable heat packs: are difficult to get to the precise temperature you want, don't hold a constant temperature and begin to cool after a few minutes, have to be held in place, can often be too hot and can damage the skin, require you to get up frequently to re-warm or recharge.Other cryotherapy devices: have to be filled with ice and water before each use, only last a few hours (until the Ice melts), don't provide regulation of temperature level, are large and bulky.

Medicine has the metaphorical ability to remove poisons on the physical as well as spiritual plane. In this sense, being freed from physical suffering means also being freed from suffering on all other levels and the goal is not only temporary relief but healing in the ultimate sense. Healing stones, crystals & gemstones come from Mother Earth. Created from the magma or Earth's inner core, healing stones have gone through a geologic process of heating, cooling & displacement on their way to their present form. The energy field of different gemstones is influenced by geometrical form, color & subtle vibration. Each stone is made up of minute crystals in constant motion thus emitting an energy frequency. The gemstone's color also plays a dynamic role in the stone's healing energy. The play of light & color can stimulate, calm, purify & heal. A magical & symbiotic connection has always existed between human beings & gems. Gemstones used for healing has been found as far back as the 4th millennium before Christ. Ancient civilizations such as the Chinese, Egyptians, Sumerians, Greeks, Romans, Shamans & Medicine Men used gemstones for healing in many ways - made into powders or elixirs, worn, carried or placed on the body & in ceremonies & rituals. This ancient knowledge has been passed down to our day with the emerging popularity of holistic health & healing. Amulets protect a person from trouble & bring good luck. Vauen Zeppelin Briar Tobacco Pipe Review

I purchased this pipe after having seen it on other websites. However, after I received it I have found that it's very awkward, and the two pieces get stuck together and are extremely difficult to separate. I wish I could return it but this seller charges a 25% restocking fee which would amount to over $50!!! What did I learn from this? Go to a pipe dealer and not a power tool seller.

WHEY PROTEIN CHOCOLATE 25LB Review

It's whey protein. Nothing more, nothing less. Your one-stop shop for picking up loads of those juicy muscle building blocks without any of the added crap that some of the other brands are adding to their mixes.

I mix 3-4 scoops of the powder with ~1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk, and find it to have the perfect consistency, flavor, and sweetness. It goes down easily, sits in my stomach easily, and has had a clear benefit to my lean mass muscle measurements over the last 3 months.

It's 25lbs of whey protein. If you haven't tried this brand before, you should probably try a smaller quantity first - they sell a 1lb container that's available via Amazon Prime - http://www.amazon.com/Adept-Nutrition-Protein-Chocolate-1-Pound/dp/B003KD4C4E

If you're sure you like it and want to make the plunge, this box ought to last a while! And at $8.50/lb, it's a pretty solid deal.

3 Gallon Sharps Container/Large Opening Lid - Red, qty 12 Review

First things first- it is exactly what it is described as, and any of the comments below are more the result of my not reading carefully than any defects in the product. Thus the 5 star rating, even though I had some problems with it.

I am not a fan of the top. It is a flap over a large slot. My concern is that if tipped over at just the right angle, used sharps can spill out of the container. As such, it should probably be used only where it can be secured. I much prefer the other type of top, where there is a rotating drum which does not allow sharps to spill from a tipped container. Again, this is my fault for not understanding exactly what I was buying.

Second, the container is bigger than I expected, and does not easily fit into the cabinet where I usually keep it. Again, my fault.

Other than that, it works great...although it is a sharps container-you'd have to work hard to find one that didn't work. At two syringes per day, I expect to get about 6-9 months out of this, which makes for less trips to the disposal facility. On the other hand, I don't know if the size of this container will cause any issues when I take it to the disposal center...time will tell. You might want to check on this before you purchase one this big.

Update: At 2 syringes per day, it took about 6 months to fill up. No issues with disposal at local pharmacy.
