I was preparing my apartment for friends who would be staying here for a while and decided to try Febreze Extra Strength instead of the regular Febreze that I usually use. I gave a number of spritzes in the air in each room. The next morning as I was awaiting the arrival of my guests, I discovered bleached spots on my dark-colored cotton duvet cover, bleach spots on a gray leather chair, white spots on the glass covering some art work, on the wooden floor, on the arms of my chairs. The bottle says it's safe for most fabrics. Believe me. It's safe on practically NO fabrics or materials. I'd give it minus stars if possible. I have every intention of writing to Procter and Gamble to see if they will make restitution for an apartmentful of bleached and stained things.
