The Kangaroo E Pump is a very effective feeding pump. We have been using it for a few weeks now and find that it works very well, runs fairly quiet, and tracks progress on feeds with good accuracy. The only concern we have about the pump is the run-time on battery. We travel a lot and sometimes need to run off battery for three full feeds, totaling 12 hours. This pump seems to max out at about 9 hours. Additionally, the maximum feeding rate is 400. Our previous pump was capable of feeding at 600cc per hour.
Overall, this is a very effective feeding pump. We are happy with our purchase and understanding the limitations on battery run time and output capacity, we can easily recommend it to others.
